All contents published on the site are the exclusive property of the City Pool and/or are owned by its affiliates, and/or are the property of City Pool's business partners, and may only and exclusively be used for personal use and for non-commercial purposes.

It is not allowed to duplicate, reproduce, publicly display or distribute the content or any part of the content from the site or application, without the prior written approval or written consent of Kotor City Pool. The content of the site, as well as all parts of the content, represent the protected copyright belonging to the City Pool, i.e. the same is under the regime of protected copyright of third parties who have transferred the right to use the same to the City Pool.

Intellectual property, including all trademarks, logos, texts, data, photographs and/or graphics, is the exclusive property of the Kotor City Swimming Pool or is owned by third parties who have transferred the right to use them to the City Swimming Pool.

Non-compliance with the terms of use, i.e. unauthorized use of any part of the content available on the site, is considered a violation of copyright in accordance with the provisions of the existing Law on Copyright and Related Rights, and is subject to material and criminal prosecution.

City pool Zoran Džimi Gopčević reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time and will not be responsible for any possible consequences resulting from changes to the terms of use. Changes to the terms of use are effective upon posting.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The content on the site, or any part of the subject content, cannot be considered an offer or invitation to purchase any property or rights, nor is it or can be considered sufficient information for making important personal, financial or business decisions.

The entire content, which in addition to intellectual property also includes the publication of information, opinions, analyses, conclusions, forecasts and projections, is subject to changes, which are the sole responsibility of the Kotor City Pool.

Obligations of site visitors/users

In order to ensure efficient, safe and uninterrupted use of the content on the website, it is not allowed to:

a) publishing, sending, exchanging and transmitting content that is in conflict with the applicable legal regulations;
b) publishing, sending, exchanging and transmitting offensive, vulgar, threatening, racist or chauvinist content, as well as content that can cause harm to any person in any way;
c) publishing, sending, exchanging and transmitting information that the visitor knows or assumes to be false, and the use of which could cause harm to other persons;
d) false representation, i.e. representation on behalf of another, legal or natural person;
e) manipulating and abusing identifiers to disguise the origin of the content that is published, sent, exchanged or transmitted;
f) publishing, sharing and sending unsolicited user content without their consent or request, such as promotional materials, advertising messages, spam messages, chain letters, promotional and advertising materials that contain false information, statements or claims that may mislead users;
h) publishing, sending, exchanging and transmitting content with viruses or similar files or programs created for the purpose of destroying or limiting the operation of any software and/or hardware as well as telecommunications equipment;
i) collection, storage and publication of personal data of other site visitors.

City pool Zoran Džimi Gopčević reserves the right to remove content that it considers inappropriate or does not comply with the terms of use. Users assume responsibility for any damage resulting from their activities.

User Accounts and Membership

In the case of opening an account on the site, the user is responsible for maintaining the security of his own account and is fully responsible for all activities that occur within the account as well as any other actions taken in connection with the account. Providing incorrect contact information of any kind may result in account termination. There is an obligation of the user to notify immediately in case of unauthorized use of the user's account. In case of unauthorized use of the account by third parties, Zoran Džimi Gopčević City Pool will not be responsible for actions or omissions, including any damage of any kind caused as a result of such actions or omissions.

City pool Zoran Džimi Gopčević has the right to suspend or remove the account or any part of it, if it is determined that the account user has violated any obligation of the terms of use or the user's behavior has tended to cause any type of damage.
